Vineyards and a great variety of comfortable little restaurants around
Klöch, Straden and Tieschen, make the area into a real paradise for
wine-lovers and hikers. The castle Halbenrain invites you to visit and in
the alluvial areas of the Mur in the neighbourhood of Radkersburg, you will
find lovely places to tank up on fresh air and to relax.
As the only town
in Europe, Bad Radkersburg received the European Gold Medal for Memorial
Care in 1978:
